RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

First and foremost, thank you for shopping with ROUHI. While we hope that you will love your garments, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges (or store credit), on garments that are unworn, undamaged, unaltered and still fitted with all security labels.

We need returned items to be free from (make up) stains, body odours or perfume scents. Please take this into account while trying on the garments. ROUHI will review the returned item and check if it meets our requirements. ROUHI reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow our requirements. In this case the item will be sent back to the customer. If the item is returned in its original condition stated, we will exchange the item and ship this back to the address provided.

Please make sure the return is done within 5 days of the delivery date (UK) and 10 days worldwide. 

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your item, please email us prior to returning the item. Contact us at support@rouhi.co and please specify the following:

  • Your name and email address used for purchase along with the order number
  • The name and size of the item (you will find this information on your order confirmation)
  • The item you would like to exchange it for (this can also be another size), or if you prefer store credit. Items can only be exchanged for the value of the product you’re returning, if the amount is less, you will receive this in store credit. In case the amount is more than the item you’re exchanging, a payment request will be made. After this, your item will be shipped to you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by ROUHI when sent back. We suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Please follow our care instructions on the care labels in the garments, to ensure that you prolong the life of your item. ROUHI offers a no-warranty policy. You can also find details on the fabric or care, on the product page of the garment.

Please read the product description closely, to decide your size. Items are described based on their fabric.

FAULTY

Garments are faulty if they are received damaged. At ROUHI we double check all items before sending off, so we trust all garments leaving the warehouse are in tact. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our items that appear on the website. However, as computers and phones vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

SHIPPING

Orders are only dispatched on weekdays. Due to COVID-19 there's a shortage of planes going to the US, therefore shipments can take longer than 10 days to arrive. If you're concerned about your parcel arriving on time, feel free to email us at shop.rouhi@gmail.com
